Shipping

Thanks for visiting and shopping with us, here are some basic guidelines for our shipping policy.

Since we are a marketplace these apply to all the shops, although some stores may have some variations, so make sure to check out the shipping of each store for specifics. In general that what you should expect:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. On holidays, please allow a bit of extra time for shipments to arrive due to high amount of orders both from the store and that are processed by the couriers.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • The sellers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • At the moment we do not ship outside Australia (but we are working on it and we will soon). However if there is something you really fancy, speak with the seller and we might work something out together.
  • In any matter, please feel free to contact our lovely sellers and they would gladly assist you. If you haven’t received a response from the seller within 48 hours then drop us a line.

Returns

Here are some guidelines for returns and refunds. These can vary from every seller (make sure to check out the shipping of each store for specifics), but are generally what you should expect:

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

  • After the seller will receive your item, they will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • As always, in any matter, please feel free to contact our lovely sellers and they would gladly assist you. If you haven’t received a response from the seller within 48 hours then drop us a line.
