Hi, my name is Karin and I’m the Founder of Florapeutic. After 13 years working in large corporations, I turned myself into a solo-social entrepreneur to pursue my dream of having my venture and making a difference so our world becomes a better place to live.
Based in Sydney in Australia, I started Florapeutic in the midst of the Pandemic in 2020. With the mission of tackling flower waste issues and improving the mental wellbeing of the communities in Australia, Florapeutic specialises in repurposing fresh event flowers into sustainable gifts by transforming the blooms into everlasting floral artworks/home decors and donating the rest to hospitals and aged care facilities.
In Dinidae Marketplace, we display our Pressed Flower Artworks which are handcrafted with pressed flowers from a mix of repurposed fresh flowers from events, locally grown farm-fresh flowers and freshly picked botanicals. These unique home décors make perfect gifts that light up the room instantly.

• Flower Gifting – pack down event flowers for Event Organisers and give away the blooms to their guests and the local communities. It is also a bump-out service that serves Event Florists and saves them from returning to the venues post-events.
• Flower Preservation – preserve wedding, occasions and memorial flowers using natural and eco-friendly techniques, and re-create the florals in double glass wooden frames without toxins.
Our goals are to increase the awareness of the associated issues, encourage the community to get involved, and educate consumers and businesses to be environmentally and socially responsible through flowers. Our initiative also aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
Our products are delivered within Australia using Australia Post Parcel Post.
Please note that only Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses, residential and business street addresses are accepted.
Orders are dispatched with tracking numbers within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. Deliveries will not require signatures and tracking numbers will be sent via emails once orders are dispatched.
If you have paid for an item on pre-order, we will reach out directly for more information on timeframes and shipping costs.
Please choose carefully before placing your order (including size and colour), as an order to purchase creates a legally binding contract between Users of Dnidae Marketplace and Florapeutic. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products and services, or exchange, returns and refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Each of our products is unique and carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. If you receive any faulty products or products that are damaged during transit, we offer a 14 Day Replacement Warranty, from the date you receive your product. Please email us at email@example.com within the warranty period to report the issue with images of the parcel/packaging and products.
We will open a case and confirm the product return procedures. Florapeutic will not be liable for the returning of the product, including but not limited to the return postal expenses and lost parcel. We request Customers to return the product within 7 days from the day we acknowledge the report of the faulty or damaged products. Please ensure the following details are included when returning the product so we can resolve the issue quickly:
Your full name
Your email address
Your contact number
The reason why you are returning the product
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue to be resolved
A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice
The faulty or damaged product
The original packaging
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund including return postal expenses within 10 working days.
Due to the nature of our products in that each of them is unique and none of them is identical, we will offer you the replacement product in the same size and design with botanicals as close as the one you ordered. The replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge within 5 working days (for Pressed Flower Art) from the date we receive the faulty or damaged product.
We only accept product returns and provide a replacement, store credit or full refund where the product is faulty or damaged during transit. We reserve the right not to offer a replacement, store credit or refund where the product fault or damage is a result of misuse or neglect.
